This is a beautiful Nick DelMatto Studio paperweight Signed and dated 1989. He uses different techniques to apply hot color to clear glass. He blows, hand shapes and finishes everything himself without assistance so you know It's one of a kind and made by him personally. This piece is in good vintage condition. You will find normal shelfware across the bottom of the piece and the lightest of wear everywhere else. This has gorgeous purple, a fuchsia, white and almost a blue like glass throughout the inside. Inside. You have a controlled bubble on the top as well as a ring of controlled bubbles around the outside. It almost looks like it does have a little bit of a dichromatic or some sort of metallic element to one of the stripes on the inside. It is definitely beautiful and so interesting to look at!
