This figural paperweight is shaped in the form of a rabbit with a pair of rather large ears. The rabbit is round shaped as is his head. The exterior of the rabbit has surface white or milky coloring, which we believe makes the glass project purple and blue colors as you move it into the light. The paperweight has a small circular flat base on which it sits. The rabbit has an applied tail. A nice decorative paperweight worthy of a spot in your collection. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of the description. Date: Unknown. Origin: Purchased at an estate sale in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Size: The base is ~1 1/8" by ~1" and the paperweight is ~3 1/4" in height. The paperweight weighs about 11.5 ounces. Maker: Unknown. Marks: Unmarked. It would appear the paperweight had a label attached to the base but has been removed. The white coloring above the rabbit base has some black specs, which we believe are original to the making but are mentioned here for completeness.
