This is a vintage paperweight. It is a round sphere. The inside is clear with a Red, white and blue box personalized for Joe and Frances. . This measures 4 inches diameter by 3 1/2 inches high. This is in Good condition for the age. There is a small scratch on the side. This is from an estate of a long time glass collector from West Virginia area.
